Dear valued customer, here at Goldconnect, we sell fine jewellery that is made from 100% precious metal. All of our precious metal is freshly refined and never worn, therefore any exchanging or returning of an item will result in a store credit that is equivalent to the current market scrap price.
Gold items will have a store credit of $22/gram
Silver items will have a store credit of $1.75/gram
The returning or exchanging of custom jewellery items will result in a store credit equivalent to the current market scrap price per gram of precious metal.

Any design cost or stone cost is non-refundable and final sale.
